Flesh Painting Workshop

Join instructor Eric Mannella for a 1-day painting workshop. We will focus on painting the torso in oil from the live model.

Saturday December 15, 2018     /   9:30am to 4pm

Cost: $150. taxes included

This workshop will include demonstrations on mixing colour to achieve a harmonious palette of realistic flesh tones, a live model in a long pose, and a painting demonstration by the instructor. Students will work from the live model and the instructor will offer advice and inspiration. Places are limited; email us if you would like to join in!

Instructor Eric Mannella gave a lecture and flesh painting demonstration at the Dorval Artists’ Association. He discussed his painting methods, artistic experiences, and our approach to teaching at Atelier de Brésoles.

Join instructor Allana Benham for another 1-day plein-air oil painting workshop at Mount Rigaud, Quebec. The late summer colours are beautiful this time of year, and the weather is perfect for a day of painting outdoors. We will examine composition and colour mixing as we observe nature in a beautiful setting.
